Classes For Ladies

Our Ladies Only class is taught by Justinelouise Wilkes-Kendal, one of

our female Instructors. The class offers quality instruction in Mixed

Martial Arts, teaching the most practical aspects from multiple

martial arts disciplines and self-defence in a relaxed and welcoming all-female               environment.

 

Martial Arts is a great activity - it not only strengthens the body, raises the spirits and sharpens the mind but it instills the highest levels of confidence. Above all, it's fun.
